Founder of MaBEa
I’m Beáta Faitli – Founder and Director of MABEA. I bring together lived experience, clinical insight, and technical expertise to help small charities and businesses in the health and social care sector to unlock the power of data for measurable, sustainable change.
My Journey
With over a decade of frontline healthcare experience, I began my career as a Registered Nurse at Great Ormond Street Hospital, later advancing to Nursing Team Leader at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust. These roles taught me the power of data in shaping better decisions, improving outcomes, and creating compassionate, effective systems.
As a parent carer to a child with complex health needs, I’ve witnessed first-hand the pressures faced by families and care professionals. This lived experience fuels my passion to not only improve how services work, but also to support the people delivering and receiving care every day.
Today, as Founder and Director of MABEA, I work at the intersection of insight and empathy, helping organisations and professionals build systems that serve both people and purpose.
What I Do
With advanced training from the London School of Economics in Data Analytics and hands-on experience in both care and strategy, I specialise in:
- Healthcare Analytics - Improving patient care, service planning, and resource allocation through performance metrics, dashboards, and predictive tools.
- Disability & Lived Experience Analytics - Supporting organisations to better understand and serve complex needs with ethical, human-centred strategies.
- Operational & Business Intelligence - Helping purpose-led services and charities optimise workflows, track KPIs, and make confident, evidence-based decisions.
Through MABEA, I offer thought leadership, consulting, and data-informed insight that drives impact, strengthens wellbeing, and supports long-term growth. I also work directly with professionals and teams navigating high-pressure care environments—sharing tools and approaches to build healthier careers and resilient organisations.
Why This Matters?
My journey from the bedside to the boardroom is grounded in a single belief: Data should serve people.
This site is where I share ideas, tools, and stories that sit at the intersection of health, data, and social purpose.
My Focus Areas
You’ll find my work and content shaped around three core pillars:
- Data with Purpose | Thought leadership at the intersection of data, ethics, and human impact.
- Health | Championing career sustainability, professional well-being, and systems that care for carers and professionals.
- Impact | Consulting and insights for health, care and voluntary organisations seeking meaningful, measurable change.

Health
Career Sustainability and Systems That Care for Carers and Professionals
As a nurse and parent carer, I understand the toll that caregiving—both paid and unpaid—can take on our wellbeing. This space is dedicated to exploring career sustainability, professional wellbeing, and the kind of systems that care for the people who care for others.
I’ll be sharing reflections, tools, and strategies for those working in health and care—alongside insights for employers looking to retain staff, prevent burnout, and support their teams with responsible, values-led workforce solutions.
Because thriving teams build stronger, more compassionate systems.

Impact

- Real-world insight
- Ethical, human-centred data practice
- Sustainable, measurable impact
My approach blends strategic thinking with compassion—because systems built on data should still serve people first.
